A deep dive into you. In this treatment, we will open and clear your chakras, remove any dense energies or trauma that come up to be removed. Then we will bring in beautiful Source energy to help shift and fill you up to the brim with Love energy. 

During this session, I will be speaking and singing light language softly, which will help accelerate the healing process.    Light language is our soul's language, it in itself is a form of healing.  It allows for healing to happen without our mind interfering.   Sometimes our nature of overthinking and worry gets in our way. 

  We all struggle with limiting beliefs and get caught up in the way we want our lives to be, sometimes getting caught up in a loop or pattern that keeps us stuck.  We will work through any constructs, emotions, and traumas.  We'll work all the way from your head to your toes.

In this remote energy session, you find a comfortable place where you won't be interrupted and just relax. You can be sitting or laying down, sometimes laying down is better for this longer session, but it is up to you. Many people feel a sense of calm while receiving the energy.

I will be fully connected into your energy field during this time.  You have the option of having me on the phone, on FaceTime or to just receive my feedback after it is over.  There is no wrong way to enjoy it, they all work exactly the same. 

Each session is individual and truly unique. I connect in and see what you are needing at that time for your highest good. Length of time for these are approximately 1 hour.

I would like to introduce you to my new offering.

A heart led coaching/ mentoring program. Each month you will receive a total of 4 appointments.  Each week during your session, we will begin with a conversation.  This discussion will be anything that you are going through that you would like help with.  We will talk it out and make some shifts.  I will facilitate an energy healing and use my light language during these sessions.  But, it is important to note that these sessions are a co-creation, meaning you are involved in the whole process.  

Energy healings are an amazing tool for big shifts in your life, but you have to be fully committed to it. Saying one thing and feeling another will get you nowhere. Full commitment and honesty with yourself is a must.

The purpose of this program is to offer support to those who are serious about bettering themselves in a loving and safe place.

We can all do this alone, but when we have guidance it can change your life path even faster. Having an outside perspective is such a valuable tool.  Rest assured I do not judge any person or circumstance.  We are all here learning from these experiences that come along.
